Happy Teachers Day to all the mentors!

Very frustrating experience with their Support Team and Marketing team. We are in Canada, always such a pain to reschedule the class through the app. We cannot change schedule easily. Chat Support people need to be explained multiple times to read status above. Why mentors can't change schedules? Once u enroll multiple people will spam u to buy add on classes through WhatsApp msg, phone calls and emails. I did not gave permission to spam me. FIX your customer experience.

One star is because I don’t have option with zero stars. My experience with CodeYoung has been absolutely terrible. I am extremely disappointed with their class management, customer service, and the way they treat parents who raise legitimate concerns. I had approximately 15 classes remaining for my child when I requested a subject change. Instead of responding to my request, CodeYoung ignored me for nearly TWO MONTHS. Then, suddenly, I was informed that I had only THREE classes left! Where did all my remaining classes go? Why was my request ignored for two months? This is completely unacceptable. What made this experience even worse was my phone conversation with a representative named Jyothi. When I expressed my frustration and explained that the way my classes were being handled was unfair, I expected her to listen, acknowledge the problem, and provide a reasonable explanation. Instead, I felt that my concerns were being laughed at rather than taken seriously. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of my frustration or the inconvenience caused to me. Laughing while a frustrated parent is trying to explain a legitimate complaint is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. A paying customer deserves to be heard, not made to feel that their concerns are a joke.

Title: Unfair Refund Policies, Poor Scheduling, and Unfulfilled Classes – Proceed with Caution I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CodeYoung. After taking a trial class, I agreed to a short trial period, but was shocked to find out I had been placed into a much longer subscription commitment without my explicit understanding. When I raised this issue with their support team, they assured me I could easily cancel within the first two months. Despite paying $240, my child was unable to take a single actual class due to constant organizational issues on CodeYoung’s end. We experienced repeated overlapping schedules, missing teachers, sudden teacher cancellations, and emergency absences. When I asked for a full refund for services that were never actually provided, CodeYoung refused, citing a policy where refunds are only granted for 6-month plans, while 2-month subscription plans are non-refundable. Instead of returning my funds for classes they failed to host, they only offered a partial store credit ($195 CAD). It is completely unfair to hold a customer’s money when the service provider fails to deliver scheduled classes. I urge other parents to be very cautious before giving their credit card details to this platform.

My experience with this online school was extremely disappointing. The first lesson went well, and before I signed up for the full program, I was told that if I decided I was not satisfied with the lessons, I would be able to cancel and receive a refund. Based on that information, I felt comfortable enrolling. Unfortunately, everything changed after I signed up. It became very difficult to communicate with the company and schedule lessons. I was assigned a teacher whose communication was difficult for me to understand, and the microphone/audio was not working properly during the lesson. This made it very difficult to have a normal, productive class. I spent an entire month trying to schedule another lesson, but I was unable to get the program working properly. After repeatedly trying to resolve the situation, I finally gave up and decided to cancel. What made the situation even more frustrating was the refund. When I requested a refund, I was told that the company had explained from the beginning that enrolling in the program was non-refundable, even if I was dissatisfied with the service. That is not what I was told when I enrolled. I specifically understood that I could cancel if I was not satisfied and receive a refund. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. The biggest problem for me was not simply having a bad lesson—it was the lack of communication, difficulty scheduling classes, technical problems, and then the disagreement about the refund after I had spent a month trying to make the program work. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this school to anyone considering signing up. I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about the cancellation and refund policy and getting any promises about refunds in writing before paying for the program. I wish I had known how difficult it would be to get help and schedule lessons before I enrolled.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I paid for a package of 52 classes, but I have serious concerns about how the classes have been conducted and recorded. The teacher has missed 1–2 classes almost every week. In several instances, we were online and waiting for the class to begin, but the teacher never appeared. There was no advance notice or communication that the class would be cancelled or that the teacher would be unavailable. After waiting, the team simply apologized and said they were sorry. What is particularly concerning is that these missed classes were still marked as completed/deducted from my package, even though the teacher was not present and the class did not take place. I also had concerns with the communication and support after making my payment. Himanshu stopped responding to my calls shortly after the payment, and my mentor was changed without a proper explanation. I have requested a complete and accurate record of all 52 classes, including the dates, teachers, attendance, missed classes, and classes marked as completed. I want the company to investigate why classes that were not conducted were deducted from my package and restore those classes or provide an appropriate resolution. I paid for 52 classes and expect to receive the service I paid for, along with accurate records and professional communication. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and resolves the issue fairly.
